Top Ten Things to Consider When Buying a Home - Part 1  
    With all the options available these days, choosing the right home can be a somewhat daunting task. Whether this is your first or second home, this list, though not comprehensive, will give you a great launching point to guide you into your ideal home.  
Location, location, location. We’ve all heard this mantra before. How important is location to you? If being near the beach is your desire; do you want to be able to see the ocean from your window, or would you be happy to be within walking distance or a short drive from the beach? How close do you want to be to services such as medical care, the airport, or shopping?
How many bathrooms do you want? If you both work, do you have similar schedules where you will want two bathrooms so you won’t have to wait for the other person? Will you be having guests staying with you? If so, you might want to have two bathrooms, with one attached to the master bedroom for your own privacy.
How many bedrooms do you want and how will you be using them? If you have children living at home, having enough bedrooms is essential. Even if you don’t have children, you may need an extra room that could be used as an office or workshop.
  One of our clients has three bedrooms at their house; a master bedroom with an attached bathroom, one bedroom he uses as a music studio & office, and a third which doubles as a bedroom for guests and an office for his spouse. In case you were wondering, they DO have a second bathroom in the hall that their guests can use.
